Payment
a) The Buyer is to pay the prices and charges in accordance with the terms specified herein or on the accepted order.
b) The prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollar and Euro including GST.
c) We accept payment either by bank deposit / PayPal prior to shipment or cash on pickup in Christchurch, New Zealand.
d) Your bank transfer may take up to 48 hours for processing.
Freight and Insurance
Delivery is free within New Zealand and takes two-five working days. Overseas shipping costs need to be requested prior to order acceptance. They depend on the weight of the ordered product and amount between €10 and €25. Please allow 10-25 shipping days via air mail.
Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods. Claims for loss in transit will not be recognised unless lodged within 35 days of dispatch. Default or refusal on the Buyer's part to take delivery shall constitute delivery and acceptance for the purpose of this contract.
Turn Around Time
Shipping times quoted are from the time the items leave our workshop in Christchurch and do not include processing by KIWI WINGS or any circumstances beyond our control. Please allow 24 hours (not including weekends or public holidays) for us to process your order from the time it is confirmed as entirely available and paid for in full.
Guarantee
a) The Seller warrants that the goods are free from manufacturing defects and will repair goods found to be of faulty manufacture or replace them with a comparable product. Please note that due to the recycled nature of the KIWI WINGS originals, some minor blemishes may be visible.
b) Claim for damages, errors or deficiencies must be made in writing within seven days of the date of receipt of the goods. All returned goods must be in original condition and received within 35 days after claim.

We collect your personal information to enhance our website so that we may offer you a more personalised, tailored service. We also use this information to undertake any dealings or transactions with you. We are aware that you may be concerned about the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.
